1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing teefabrica.shop and purchasing our digital bundles, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all digital products, including T-shirt design kits, graphic bundles, and PNG/SVG assets.

2. Commercial License & Usage Rights
Upon purchase, Tee Fabrica grants you a non-exclusive commercial license to use the designs for the following purposes:

Physical Product Sales: You may print our designs onto physical items (T-shirts, mugs, hats, etc.) and sell them in your own store or on third-party platforms.

POD Store Integration: You are permitted to use our designs to stock your Print-on-Demand stores.

Single File Commercialization: You may use a single design from a bundle to create a standalone product for sale.

3. Restrictions on Digital Reselling
While you may sell physical products, the following restrictions apply to protect our intellectual property:

No Raw Redistribution: You may not resell, sub-license, or share the original digital files (SVG, PNG, EPS, AI) in their raw or editable format.

Digital Product Creation: You may not use our designs to create new “Digital Design Bundles” or “Digital Graphics Kits” for sale that compete directly with Tee Fabrica.

Modified Digital Sales: Even if you modify the design, you cannot sell the resulting digital file as a standalone digital download.

4. Payments and USD Currency
All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and you are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution.

5. Digital Delivery
All products are delivered as instant digital downloads. No physical merchandise will be shipped. You are responsible for providing a valid email address for delivery.

6. 7-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a 7-day refund guarantee under specific conditions:

Technical Failure: The files are corrupted or “unusable” in standard design software.

Mismatch: The product content differs significantly from the description.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Once a refund is issued, your license to use the files is immediately terminated.

7. Limitation of Liability
Tee Fabrica is not liable for any business losses, printing errors, or technical issues on the customer’s end. We do not guarantee specific sales results from using our designs.

8. User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your use of our designs complies with the terms of the platform where you sell (e.g., Etsy, Amazon Merch, Shopify).

9. Intellectual Property
All original digital files remain the intellectual property of Tee Fabrica. Violation of these terms may result in the termination of your license and legal action if necessary.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to USD-based digital commerce. Any legal disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of our business registration.
