At Tee Fabrica, we specialize in non-tangible, irrevocable digital products, including Print on Demand (POD) Design kits, Graphic bundles, T-shirt designs, and various digital assets. Because our products are delivered instantly via digital download, they are typically considered “consumed” once the link is accessed. Unlike physical merchandise, digital files cannot be physically returned or exchanged.

2. Our 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
While digital sales are generally final, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you encounter significant technical issues that prevent the use of our products. You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:

Technical Defects: The digital files (SVG, PNG, AI, EPS, etc.) are corrupted, broken, or “unusable” in standard design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.

Major Description Mismatch: The content delivered is significantly different from what was advertised in the product preview or description.

Missing Assets: A substantial portion of the promised items within a bundle is missing from the download.

Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same bundle twice within a 7-day period.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that we cannot provide refunds in the following instances:

Change of Mind: You decide you no longer want the designs after they have been successfully downloaded.

Technical Skill Gap: You do not possess the software knowledge or technical skills required to edit the files (e.g., not knowing how to use layers in Photoshop).

Expired Claims: Any request made after the 7-day window has closed.

Purchase Errors: Buying the wrong file format when the correct format was clearly listed in the description.

4. How to Request a Refund

Include a detailed description of the issue.

Attach a screenshot or a short screen recording demonstrating the technical error or “unusable” nature of the files.

5. Processing and License Revocation
Review Period: Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original USD payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). It may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Revocation of Rights: Upon receiving a refund, your commercial license for that specific product is immediately terminated. You must permanently delete all copies of the files and cease using them for any Print-on-Demand (POD) or commercial projects.
